Exclude intro chat from meeting notes and summary

There's often quite a lot of chat at the start of a meeting - informal hellos, people having trouble with their connection or video, etc. This is unrelated to the meeting content, so could you please remove it from the AI-generated summary, minutes, notes, etc.
